Our contracts are for a minimum of one year, and fees are paid annually in advance.
Once entered, a contract for any term is for that fixed term.
Contracts for 3 years or longer receive a benefit of being approx $5,000 less per year than shorter dated contracts for the same record threshold. However this pricing discount does mean that clients on longer term contracts are required to meet the payment obligations for the full term of the contract.
