If you cannot remember your username, please contact any team member within your organisation that has access to Consultation Manager.


Ask your colleague to complete a Team Member search, locate and open your profile. 


To do this, on the search tab:

  • Configure the search to Find Team Member > where Last Name > starts with > enter details
  • Click the magnifying glass to execute the search

  • Once the search is complete, find the applicable profile and click the magnifying glass beside their details. This will then open the users profile in the workspace.
  • Finally, click “Reset Password” to send an automated email containing the username and temporary password.
