Simply click “Having trouble logging in?” on the log in screen, a pop-up window will appear.


Complete the username and email address fields with your credentials and click “send”.

 

You will receive an automated email from Consultation Manager with your username and temporary password. The temporary password will be active for 60 minutes and will require you to action the password reset within this time frame. 

If for some reason, you run out of time, just reset your password again using the “having trouble logging in?” button.

If the email doesn't appear in your inbox, have a look in the Junk folder.

Tip: The email address must match the one assigned to your Consultation Manager profile.
