Training sessions take place in your offices and are typically around 1.5-2 hours. During the session we go over a demonstration of the functionality of the system, and then have Users log in to get practice adding data to the system.  Following the general training session, we dedicate up to 30 minutes for Enterprise Administrators, to show through the additional processes involved with adding new Projects, new Team Members, and managing the system, if required. 

Prior to the training session you will be required to fill in our Training Questionnaire document so that we can tailor the session specifically to your needs.

We offer free training sessions once a year to Enterprise clients with a record threshold of 10,000 or above.  Additional training sessions, or training sessions for clients under the 10,000 record threshold are available at the cost of $2000 plus GST.  Any additional expenses such as travel and accommodation if necessary will also be charged.
