When using the Microsoft Office add-in, you will be prompted to enter your Consultation Manager credentials.
These are simply the same domain, username and password used to access your system via the web interface.
If you are unsure of your domain name, check the unique uniform resource locator (URL) where you would normally login to Consultation Manager.
Tip: This is commonly an organisational acronym.
