Backups
You can request a backup copy of your single Project at any time for $1030 excluding GST. The backup comes as a zipped file containing all relevant data tables in your Project in .csv format. These files can be opened with Excel. Note: There is a sample backup database attached to this solution that you can download and view.
The project data and all documents are included. If the filesize is not too large this can be emailed directly to you, otherwise it is sent on a flashdrive.

Cancelling a project removes it from your system completely. It cannot be accessed in the future. Cancelling a project is free of charge. If you need it again in the future and we still have it as a backup, when we restore it you will pay your full yearly fee. To cancel please email us at support@consultationmanager.com
